Member of the Quebec Bar since 2011, Me  Diane Serres has assisted various clients in different structures, both in private practice and in companies, as well as in multiple areas of law, including civil and commercial litigation and commercial law. Her rich experience has allowed her to accumulate cross-disciplinary skills, such as human resources management, and a good knowledge of the corporate and business world, allowing her to develop a global understanding of the issues her clients face. She is thus able to offer services adapted to their circumstances to achieve their objectives.

Me Serres practises in the Immigration Law Group at the Saguenay office. As a strategic partner, she advises her clients on the different ways to enter Canada and the various programs available for temporary residents (labour market impact assessment, Quebec acceptance certificate, Quebec selection certificate, work or study permit, etc.) and permanent residents (through the skilled worker program, the Quebec experience program, or sponsorship), for both individuals and employers who wish to recruit foreign workers and are concerned about the sustainability of their recruitment efforts.

Thorough and hardworking, Me Serres has an excellent capacity to adapt both on personal and professional grounds. Indeed, she has a great concern for efficiency and customer satisfaction. Hence, Me Serres favours an approach based on seeking efficient solutions adapted to her clients’ needs.

Committed to being involved in the various spheres of her life, Me Serres has been volunteering for years with multiple organizations and boards of directors, including the Société de développement commercial de Zone Talbot, or the childcare centre Les Petits Cailloux. More recently, she also participated in the 2020 cohort of the Saguenay-Le-Fjord Chamber of Commerce and Industry’s Leadership program au féminin before becoming an ambassador.
