Gabrielle
Bartkowiak

Called to the Quebec Bar in 2023, M^e Gabrielle Bartkowiak practises labour and employment law in insurance and liability, and in administrative investigations at our Saguenay office.

She also holds an integrated bachelor’s degree in public affairs and international relations from Université Laval, demonstrating a deep understanding of legal and international issues. Before joining the Bar, M^e Bartkowiak broadened her legal experience as a judicial intern at the Court of Quebec and as a teaching and research assistant at Université Laval’s Law Faculty.

M^e Bartkowiak stands out for her exceptional analytical, communication and legal writing skills, which are reinforced by her additional training in journalism. Her passion for legal issues, combined with a humane approach and leadership skills, make her a dedicated professional capable of successfully tackling legal complexities with confidence and empathy.

A native of Chibougamau, M^e Bartkowiak has a keen interest in the issues facing remote regions and Indigenous communities. She also enjoys sports and the outdoors, combining running, skiing, hiking and volleyball with her quest for professional excellence. No doubt these activities reflect her determination and ability to tackle both personal and professional challenges.
