Originally from Roberval, Me Arcand completed his law studies with honors at the Université Laval and has been a member of the Bar of Québec since the fall of 2015. He joined the Cain Lamarre team as a student in 2013 and 2014, to then complete his articles in law in 2015. Me Arcand mainly practices in municipal law, penal law, and civil and administrative litigation. He developed extensive experience in municipal penal law and in the management of access to information cases for public bodies.
