A seasoned professional, Louis-Philippe Pelletier-Langevin was called to the Quebec Bar in 2007. He holds a Law degree from Université Laval and currently practises in the Quebec City office. His practice is focused on litigation with a particular emphasis on commercial and business litigation, extraordinary remedies and constrcution law.
Mr. Pelletier-Langevin is also known for his expertise in the field of Construction Law, where his practice is focused on institutional issues. Over the course of his career, Mr. Pelletier-Langevin has worked on a number of complex large-scale construction cases. In particular, he has been involved in major cases such as the CR-CHUM dispute and the negotiation of additional fees in the context of major infrastructure projects in Québec. He has negotiated Covid-19-related additional costs claims for various projects. Mr. Pelletier-Langevin has also handled complex claims for construction projects in urban environments, including multi-story buildings and public transit stations.
