Louis Ste-Marie, partner, has more than 25 years’ experience practicing labor and employment law. He counsels employers on individual and collective workplace relations, labor standards, workplace accidents and occupational diseases, occupational health and safety, human rights and freedoms, and administrative law. He regularly represents clients before administrative and law courts over matters of workplace relations. He also represents employers in conciliation proceedings before these tribunals and in collective bargaining.

Louis taught for over ten years at the Québec Bar School, where he gave courses on labor and employment law, workplace accidents and occupational diseases, and negotiating techniques. Since 2011 he has been listed in the Best Lawyers in Canada directory, notably as the “best occupational health and safety lawyer in Québec City” in the 2015, 2017 and 2020 editions.
