Me Maude Dagenais practices law at the Val-d'Or office in the field of health law and Indigenous and constitutional law. She holds a Bachelor of Law degree from the Université du Québec à Montréal. Me Dagenais completed an internship at the Val-d'Or legal aid office where she used her knowledge to handle cases for which she was called upon to make representations before the Superior Court and the Court of Québec in family matters, mental health and youth protection.

During her internship, Me Dagenais worked with Indigenous clients, a community in which she hopes to further develop her practice and expertise.

In health law, Me Dagenais acts as legal advisor and attorney for health establishments in matters of temporary confinement, confinement in an institution and treatment orders.

During her spare time, Me Dagenais enjoys outdoor activities such as hunting, fishing, hiking, and running.
