Nadine Bigras has been a member of the Quebec Bar since 2005 and is currently a partner at Cain Lamarre in the Outaouais region. She is very involved in her region, with a wide range of clients in the RCMs of Vallée-de-la-Gatineau, Collines-de-l'Outaouais, Pontiac and Papineau, as well as the Ottawa-Gatineau area.

Thanks to her active presence in the field, she has a deep understanding of regional issues and local specificities, enabling her to provide legal advice that is tailored and relevant to each community.

Ms. Bigras works mainly in the field of labour and employment law, but also has expertise in municipal ethics and governance. She represents employers, advising a variety of clients including municipalities, community organizations, cooperatives, educational institutions, the health and social services sectors, and private companies. She uses her expertise in labour relations and human resources to offer strategic legal solutions, particularly in cases that involve complex negotiations and crisis management.

In addition to her role as a lawyer, Ms. Bigras is also a municipal ethics consultant and trainer. She is a law graduate from the University of Ottawa and has taught labour law at the Quebec Bar School. She is very involved in her community, acting as secretary/treasurer of the Maison de la culture de Gatineau and the Fondation du Cégep de l'Outaouais. She is also a member of Évol's "Brigade-conseil”, where she lends her expertise to various companies and organizations.
