M Rosalie Richard-Roy is driven by a passion for business. She was admitted to the Quebec Bar in 2020 following a bachelor's degree in law and a master's degree in business administration from Université de Sherbrooke.

After two cooperative legal internships in the Val-d'Or and Montreal offices, as well as a cooperative internship in communication and corporate reputation at SYRUS Reputation, Me Richard-Roy returned to her hometown where she naturally handles business law as well as labour and employment law files.

Reliable, rigorous, structured and creative, Me Richard-Roy has a good ability to evaluate all facets of a file in order to propose an enlightened and advantageous solution for her clients. She also ensures regular follow-ups with them, which allows her to quickly gain their trust. A team player, Me Richard-Roy considers that collaboration brings significant added value to the services she offers. Always ready to help her colleagues, she never hesitates to call upon them.

Me Richard-Roy has a great sense of organization and has organized numerous events, notably as Vice-President, events for the Club de droit des affaires et d'investissement de l'Université de Sherbrooke, as founder of the Law-MBA Dinner-Conference and as coordinator of Université de Sherbrooke’s Faculty of Law fashion show. These experiences have taught her a sense of priorities, an initiative reflex and a taste for resourcefulness. Since her arrival at Cain Lamarre, she has put these qualities to work for the firm and has been involved in various internal committees.

Close to her community, Me Richard-Roy participates in various sports and social teams. In her spare time, she enjoys baking, renovating and outdoor activities. She also enjoys series and investigative podcasts.
