We are proud to announce that Richard Bergeron has been made a Fellow of the Construction Lawyers Society of America (CLSA). Fellows are selected for their excellence and their accomplishments in construction law. CLSA members are part of an exclusive international group of 1,200 lawyers in construction law, only 23 of whom are in Québec.
Bergeron’s clients include a number of major general contractors, as well as specialized contractors and equipment manufacturers with clients in other countries. Richard is in frequent demand as a speaker and instructor in the construction industry. He has argued cases before every court, including the Supreme Court of Canada.
