Émilie Huard was called to the Quebec Bar in 2022. She is a dynamic, detail-oriented lawyer who focuses primarily on arranging financing for banking institutions and private lenders, as well as real estate acquisitions and dispositions for developers and investors. Her practice also includes drafting and negotiating commercial leases, creating partnership structures and drafting corporate documents.
Ms. Huard stands out for her pragmatic approach and her ability to apply sound judgment to her clients’ legal problems. Ms. Huard has a Bachelor of Laws degree from the Université de Sherbrooke and has been studying part-time to obtain a Master of Laws in Taxation since January 2023. In addition, she is actively involved in several legal associations and boards, and has been a member of the Let’s Bond collective for mental health issues since 2022.
