Jérôme Dufour-Gallant

Originally from Sainte-Luce in Bas-Saint-Laurent, Jérôme Dufour-Gallant was admitted to the Quebec Bar in 2007. Ever since, he has been putting his expertise in civil and commercial litigation to use for his clients, mainly in the context of disputes relating to Construction Law, Real Estate Law, Property Law, Insurance Law, fisheries and Inheritance Law. Mr. Dufour-Gallant regularly appears before various courts including the Court of Appeal, the Superior Court, the Court of Québec and administrative tribunals. He offers his in-depth expertise and pragmatic, rigorous approach to a client base made up primarily of SMEs, general contractors and specialized contractors.

Mr. Dufour-Gallant stands out for his dedication to his clients, as well as his ability to grasp legal issues quickly and resolve conflicts before they reach the courts. He is known for his dedication to offering his clients practical, effective, customized legal solutions. 

An active member of his community, he was one of the youngest presidents of the Rimouski-Neigette Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Jeune Chambre de Rimouski, and continues to sit on the board of directors for several organizations in the region, including the Fondation de l’Université du Québec à Rimouski and the Association du cancer de l’Est-du-Québec.
