Jordan Guido practises in the areas of Corporate, Commercial and Transactional Law, with a focus on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, reorganizations and the negotiation of complex commercial contracts. As one of the younger members of the Montreal team, he takes a customer-focused approach, advising his clients not only on their legal issues, but also on their business objectives. He is particularly interested in technology and sports.

While completing his articling term for the Quebec Bar, Mr. Guido was involved in private practice as part of a legal team for a tech company. This experience showed him the importance of acting as a strategic partner for his clients, and is the cornerstone of his pragmatic approach, which focuses not only on the identification of his clients’ legal issues, but also on their business challenges and objectives. He is described as diligent, reliable, organized and an excellent communicator, making him very popular with his clients.
