François Bérubé is the equity partner in charge of the Rivière-du-Loup office. An accomplished trial lawyer and strategic advisor, he boasts extensive experience in commercial, civil and hospital liability, construction, and occupational health and safety cases, and represents various public and broader public institutions, corporate clients, and SMEs before all courts and tribunals.
François has also acquired valuable expertise in municipal law that he draws on to counsel and represent various RCMs and municipalities. He is an accredited trainer for Fédération québécoise des municipalités, Association des directeurs municipaux du Québec, and Corporation des officiers municipaux en bâtiment et en environnement du Québec. He is also registered as an ethics and conduct advisor with Ministère des Affaires municipales, des Régions et de l’Occupation du territoire pursuant to Section 35 of the Municipal Ethics and Good Conduct Act.
