India Simard

India Simard was called to the Bar of Québec in 2024. She joined Cain Lamarre as a Law student during the first year of her Bachelor’s degree and articled at the firm. Ms. Simard completed a semester at the University of Essex in Great Britain, during the course of her studies. She works on different files with the same boundless curiosity she showed when beginning her studies.

Ms. India Simard is persevering and strives always to surpass herself and to attain the objectives she has set for herself. She adopts the same philosophy with her clients, with whom she works as a team to help them achieve their goals. She was born in Saint-Félicien and knows this town by heart. Through her practice, Ms. India Simard seeks to represent the legal interests of people in the region while taking full account of the distinctive local features of Saint-Félicien. She is a true asset for the Cain Lamarre team due to her motivation, conscientious approach and admirable writing skills.

Ms. India Simard holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Université Laval and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Business Administration at the same university, specializing in Business Management. In her free time, she enjoys outdoor activities, hiking, traveling and baking.
