Andréanne Daoust

Andréanne Daoust was admitted to the Quebec Bar in 2014 and is an accomplished lawyer with expertise in litigation (insurance, recourses of all kinds, civil liability) and criminal law (criminal offences related to transportation law).

Based at the Quebec City office, she has a strong mastery of jurisprudence and the technical aspects of each case, as well as extensive witness management skills, which makes her oral arguments particularly effective. She is especially knowledgeable about extraordinary remedies. She holds a leadership role within the firm, sharing her expertise by acting as a mentor and work placement supervisor. She also contributes to the structure’s business development, most notably by organizing development activities for the firm and young lawyers. 

Mrs. Daoust also practises in the field of personal law, handling cases related to protective supervision and the homologation of protection mandates. Her litigation expertise includes representing clients in matters of civil liability, insurance, extraordinary remedies, successions, and medical and hospital liability, particularly for health care centres in Quebec. Her customer service strategy is characterized by an innovative, efficient approach and a constant search for solutions that will satisfy the parties she represents. 

Mrs. Daoust holds a law degree from Université Laval, where she was named to the Honour Roll of the Faculty of Law.  Mrs. Daoust is actively involved in the community. She sits on a committee of the Thierry Leroux Foundation, is a director of the Association de baseball de Beauport inc. and recently became a director of the Être women’s shelter. She has also served on the boards of various organizations, including the Jeune Chambre de commerce de Sept-Îles and À la Source Sept-Îles.
