
David Forcier

David Forcier was a Law student and articling student at Cain Lamarre before officially joining the firm as a lawyer in 2024. Mr. Forcier practises mainly Business Law.
As a young professional, he places a premium on open-mindedness and active listening. This approach enables him to fully understand the realities, challenges and particular character of his clients’ business sectors.
Mr. Forcier is recognized by his peers for his attention to detail and proactive approach. He had the opportunity to intern with Superior Court judges Alain Michaud and Denis Jacques during the final year of his studies.
A Law graduate of Université Laval, Mr. Forcier was very involved throughout his academic career. He served as a teaching assistant in the Law of Obligations program and as vice-president of external affairs for Université Laval’s Labour Law committee. In his spare time, Mr. Forcier enjoys a variety of sports, including golf, hockey and snowboarding. He is also involved with SLA Québec.
