Cain Lamarre is looking for an environmental and municipal law attorney. This person will be responsible for handling the cases assigned to them, completing the necessary research and follow-ups, meeting with clients, representing clients in court and other administrative proceedings when indicated, and handling cases with diligence, efficiency, and discernment. They will enjoy autonomy in carrying out the mandates entrusted to them, while benefiting from the expertise of their team members.

The person may be attached to any of our 15 offices in Quebec.

PROFILE

The successful candidate stands out for their thoroughness and organizational skills, as well as their ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Versatile and client-service oriented, they enjoy working as part of a team and making a significant contribution to the office’s success.

SKILLS AND QUALITIES SOUGHT

  • Be a member in good standing of the Quebec Bar Association;
  • Have excellent knowledge of environmental and municipal law;
  • Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in environmental and municipal law;
  • Have a highly developed sense of client service and good communication skills;
  • Be able to manage multiple files simultaneously with rigor and organization;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly approach;
  • Strong writing, negotiation, and presentation skills;
  • Attention to detail and good team spirit;
  • Good knowledge of spoken and written English (regular English-speaking clientele).
