Johanie Leduc joined Cain Lamarre in 2022 with a desire to offer quality service and surround herself with a competent team. Me Leduc holds a bachelor’s degree in law and a master’s degree in notarial law from Université de Sherbrooke. Her practice focuses on real estate and co-ownership law. Working primarily in the financing and selling of condominiums in new residential projects, Me Leduc is a true asset to the Real Estate Group in the Montreal office.

Having worked with several real estate promoters on various large-scale residential projects in the Greater Montreal area, Me Leduc’s experience as a partner in a notary’s office has allowed her to develop a great deal of autonomy and coordinate several real estate files simultaneously.
