Johanie Leduc joined Cain Lamarre in 2022 with a desire to offer quality service and surround herself with a competent team. Me Leduc holds a bachelor’s degree in law and a master’s degree in notarial law from Université de Sherbrooke. Her practice focuses on real estate and co-ownership law. Working primarily in the financing and selling of condominiums in new residential projects, Me Leduc is a true asset to the Real Estate Group in the Montreal office.
Having worked with several real estate promoters on various large-scale residential projects in the Greater Montreal area, Me Leduc’s experience as a partner in a notary’s office has allowed her to develop a great deal of autonomy and coordinate several real estate files simultaneously. To provide an efficient service and make the most of the expertise and experience of each member, Me Leduc favours teamwork.
Known for her attentive listening skills, interpersonal skills, thoroughness, and ability to explain legal information in simple words, Me Leduc takes her clients’ satisfaction to heart.
