Mr. François G. Tremblay is a seasoned lawyer whose well‑established career reflects deep expertise in commercial, corporate, international, Indigenous, and constitutional law. He has played a key role in numerous major files involving mergers, acquisitions, and corporate consolidations. His governance experience is also noteworthy, having served on several boards of directors for both public and private companies.

Mr. Tremblay has contributed to the development of strategic partnerships between businesses and Indigenous communities in Québec, and has been actively involved in land claim negotiations with the governments of Canada and Québec. Moreover, he has been listed among the Indigenous law practitioners recognized by Best Lawyers in Canada since 2015, an acknowledgment that speaks to the quality and significance of his work in this field.

Well‑known for his expertise in structuring limited partnerships, Mr. Tremblay has developed investor protection mechanisms tailored to this type of investment vehicle.
