Agathe Gentili
Lawyer
Agathe Gentili practises primarily in municipal law and environmental law. Her dual training in law and urban planning enables her to address regulatory issues with a refined understanding of practical, on-the-ground realities.
Ms. Gentili advises a clientele that includes municipalities, public and para-public bodies, as well as private sector stakeholders in the context of development projects. She assists her clients in the interpretation and application of legislative and regulatory frameworks in urban planning and environmental law, and is also involved in drafting by-laws, legal opinions and compliance assessments.
Her practice also includes matters relating to access to information and the protection of personal information, as well as litigation in municipal and construction law. She is therefore well positioned to support her clients both at the early stages of projects and in the context of disputes.
She has also gained legal experience in France, notably as a judicial clerk before administrative courts and as a lecturer in constitutional law, which enhances her perspective and her understanding of different legal systems.
Recognised for her rigour, analytical skills and her ability to make complex matters accessible, Ms. Gentili adopts a pragmatic approach and provides solutions tailored to her clients’ operational realities and objectives.
