Called to the Quebec Bar in 2024, Me Alessia Boulanger brings fresh energy and valuable experience to her team. Her practice encompasses aboriginal and indigenous law, energy law and natural resources law, with a particular focus on the negotiation of collaborative and economic agreements, as well as aboriginal corporate governance. With a bachelor’s degree in civil law, a master’s degree in common law and transnational law, and a Juris Doctor from the Université de Sherbrooke, Me Boulanger is perfectly versed to tackle current legal issues with confidence.

Me Boulanger takes a client-centred approach, providing personalized services tailored to each situation. Often travelling between Val-d’Or and Montreal, she never hesitates to go out of her way to meet with clients, ensuring flexibility and continuous presence that reinforces their confidence and satisfaction. Her legal bilingualism and her ability to explain complex legal concepts in a clear and understandable way, both in writing and orally, make her a valued and effective lawyer.

During her studies, Me Boulanger also distinguished herself as a research assistant at the Université de Sherbrooke’s Faculty of Law. Her outstanding academic achievements earned her a place on the Dean’s List throughout university. Her academic path led her to work at the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD), where she gained significant experience regarding the execution of multilateral agreements.
