Alexandre Mottet was called to the Bar in 2022, and has expertise in both Labour Law and Industrial Relations. He practises with the Work and Employment Group in Val-d’Or, where he specializes in individual and collective labour relations, as well as the drafting of employment contracts. His passion for Employment Law paved the way for a career dedicated to defending and assisting employers in this complex field.
Thanks to his analytical mind and client-focused approach, Mr. Mottet cultivates bonds of trust with his clients, making sure they feel comfortable and expertly represented while he works to find solutions that are tailored to their unique legal and personal challenges. His professional experience in the fields of both Law and Human Resources gives him a deep understanding of labour issues, making him qualified to advise companies of all sizes. Mr. Mottet holds a degree in Industrial Relations from the Université de Montréal and a degree in Law from Université Laval. Outside of his professional practice, he is passionate about cooking and is always on the lookout for new recipes and ideas to take his culinary skills to the next level. Music also occupies an important place in his life, notably through his love for live concerts and his curiosity about new ways of making music.
