André Tremblay

Mr. André Tremblay joined Cain Lamarre in 2018, bringing with him a wide range of legal experience. His practice focuses primarily on labor Law and administrative Law, where he excels in negotiation, arbitration, and occupational health and safety. He has worked in the industrial and commercial sectors, as well as in the health and social services fields. Recognized for his leadership and expertise, Mr. Tremblay has earned the trust of his clients by providing solutions tailored to their needs.
Throughout his career, Mr. Tremblay has held prestigious positions, notably as President and CEO of the Quebec Forest Industry Council. He also served as a negotiator and spokesperson for the Government of Quebec during the negotiation of major collective bargaining agreements, such as those for Quebec wildlife conservation agents in 1982 and the Quebec Federation of Nurses in 1986.
Mr. Tremblay holds a law degree from Université Laval and was awarded the National Assembly Medal in 2017 for his exceptional contributions to the legal community and the forestry industry. As an adjunct professor at the Université du Québec à Chicoutimi, he has shared his expertise in labor law. In addition to his legal practice, he serves on the boards of several organizations.
