Annie Bouchard

With more than 17 years of experience in human resources management, Annie Bouchard supports Cain Lamarre in the evolution of its human capital. She contributes to the design and implementation of strategies that promote talent attraction, professional development, engagement, and retention, while supporting the firm’s growth and the achievement of its business priorities.

Since joining the firm in 2018, she has held various roles within the Human Capital team before being appointed Senior Director. Throughout her career at Cain Lamarre, she has played a key role in several strategic initiatives related to talent management, total rewards, and organizational development.

Recognized for her engaging leadership style, strong listening skills, and ability to deliver tangible results, she works closely with leadership teams on initiatives involving total rewards, talent development, employee engagement, and organizational health. Her approach combines strategic vision, pragmatism, and a strong connection with people. She is committed to creating high-performing work environments where individual growth and organizational success go hand in hand.

She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration, a Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Université du Québec à Chicoutimi. She leverages her expertise to promote a strategic, sustainable, and forward-looking approach to human capital management.
