Aurélia Vallette Grisel

Aurélia Vallette Grisel was admitted to the Quebec Bar in 2020, and practices business law in her Montreal office. Mrs. Vallette Grisel’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate and commercial law, and corporate finance.

As part of her practice, she advises clients on a wide range of mergers and acquisitions, as well as matters of corporate law. Her expertise includes the drafting and negotiating of purchase agreements, shareholders’ agreements and other commercial agreements. 

Mrs. Vallette Grisel began her studies in France, where she obtained a Bachelor’s degree in French Law and a university diploma in Anglo-American law. She then continued her training in Canada, earning a Bachelor of Laws and a Master of International Law in Montreal. Active by nature, Mrs. Vallette Grisel enjoys swimming, cycling and running, as well as taking part in triathlons.
