Aurélia Vallette Grisel is a lawyer in the Business Law group at the Montreal office. She supports companies in their strategic operations, particularly in mergers and acquisitions, as well as in their day to day commercial activities, including drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, setting up financing, and addressing governance matters.
Mrs. Vallette Grisel began her studies in France, where she obtained a bachelor’s degree in French law and a university diploma in Anglo American law. She then continued her education in Canada, completing a Bachelor of Laws and a Master’s degree in International Law in Montreal.
A member of both the Quebec and Paris Bars, and driven by a strong interest in international matters, she increasingly assists clients with their transatlantic projects. Recognized for her rigour, attention to detail, and analytical mindset, Mrs. Vallette Grisel stands out for the quality and precision of her legal drafting.
