Mr. Bernard Gaudreau is a partner within our Business Law, Tax Law, and Litigation and Dispute Resolution groups.

He has strong expertise in tax litigation and regularly advises businesses and their executives in their dealings with tax authorities. He is involved at every stage, from audits to the handling of objection files and judicial proceedings before the courts. He also assists clients with voluntary disclosure matters related to income tax and sales taxes.

Mr. Gaudreau is also recognized for his expertise in business law, particularly in mergers and acquisitions, transactional law, and the negotiation of complex commercial agreements. He has extensive experience in corporate and tax reorganizations.

An experienced litigator, Mr. Gaudreau regularly represents his clients before tax authorities, particularly in the context of audits, objections, and proceedings including before the Tax Court of Canada and the Court of Québec.
