Cédric Fortin-Néron’s dual expertise at the crossroads of Law and Business sets him apart, laying the foundations for a legal practice focused on commercial and tax issues. This young lawyer practises at the Saguenay office, where he makes full use of his professional training and legal knowledge to develop pragmatic strategies that are adapted to each client’s individual situation.

Mr. Fortin-Néron has significant experience assisting contractors in their dealings with public bodies such as the Autorité des marchés publics (AMP), and with contractors subject to the Bureau des soumissions déposées du Québec (BSDQ).
Mr. Fortin-Néron has a Bachelor of Laws degree and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Université de Sherbrooke. Outside of the courtroom, his involvement in the community shows how firmly anchored he is in the profession. He is particularly interested in legal and financial education. Mr. Fortin-Néron is a director and treasurer of the Association du Jeune Barreau du Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean and a member of the Chicoutimi Rotary Club.
