Chloé Armani

Originally from France, Chloé Armani practices primarily in transportation Law. Her interest in complex legal issues and her analytical mind enable her to help her clients anticipate risks and propose concrete solutions.

Known for her thoroughness, determination, and solution-oriented approach, Ms. Armani strives to fully understand her clients’ circumstances, concerns, and objectives in order to provide clear advice and facilitate informed decision-making.

A graduate of the Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, the Université Jean Moulin Lyon 3 , and, after moving to Quebec, the Université de Montréal, Ms. Armani has been practicing law in Montreal since her admission to the Barreau du Québec in 2026.

She gained her initial experience during her bar internship with the City of Montreal, where she had the opportunity to work on several cases involving contract litigation, public law, and tax law. She further expanded her experience with a year working on various assignments for the Director of Criminal and Penal Prosecutions (DCPP). She also served as a research assistant at the University of Montreal in the areas of international trade law and international business law.

Her involvement as an editor at the Revue québécoise de droit international demonstrates her ability to explain legal issues in accessible terms and her keen interest in the development of the law. Outside of her practice, she is an avid reader and outdoor enthusiast. Her favorite activities include hiking, swimming, and downhill skiing.
