Clara Martel

Clara Martel joined our firm in April 2025 and practices primarily in entertainment law, intellectual property, and advertising and marketing law. She has extensive expertise in trademark adoption and registration, both in Canada and internationally.
Ms. Martel ensures that rights of use are obtained for all works and advertisements, reviews and approves content to ensure compliance with provincial and federal laws, and advises companies on advertising contests and promotional campaigns, both in traditional media and on social media.
Recognized for her collaborative approach and the quality of her work, she also advises her clients on collective agreements with artists’ guilds and associations and participates in the drafting of agreements related to the development, production, licensing, and distribution of film, television, stage, and music projects.
