Daniel François Tremblay
Lawyer, Partner
An experienced attorney, Daniel-François Tremblay has extensive expertise in negotiation and court representation. He joined Cain Lamarre in 2001, where he practices primarily at the Saguenay office. After practicing general civil litigation, he now specializes in family and personal law. Although he is always prepared to defend his clients’ interests in court, he favors a collaborative approach, believing that a solution reached by the parties is more likely to meet their objectives and priorities than one imposed by a court ruling.
Mr. Tremblay has handled numerous complex family Law cases, including divorce, child custody, and protection orders. He has also been involved in estate planning and probate disputes, providing solutions tailored to his clients’ specific needs. His ability to navigate emotionally charged situations with sensitivity and professionalism has made him a respected attorney in his field.
Mr. Tremblay holds a law degree from Université Laval. He also holds a degree in history from the same university. In addition to his professional work, he is actively involved in various associations and boards of directors. He has served on the board of directors of the Barreau du Saguenay–Lac-Saint-Jean, as vice president of the Dolbeau-Mistassini Performing Arts Committee, and as a founding member of the board of directors of Maison Colombe-Veilleux, a residential palliative care facility. He is also a member of the Saguenay–Lac-Saint-Jean Regional Clinical Ethics Committee.
