
Dominic Tremblay

Dominic Tremblay joined the Cain Lamarre team in 2010 in Saguenay, the region where he grew up. His practice focuses primarily on First Nations Constitutional Law, with particular emphasis on the negotiation of complex land claims agreements and consultations with the governments of Canada and Quebec.
Mr. Tremblay has a wealth of experience, having assisted First Nations communities in a number of strategic cases dealing with issues such as wildlife management and First Nations-government relations. He is known for his ability to navigate in complex legal contexts and achieve favourable results through practical, innovative solutions that are tailored to his clients’ needs.
Mr. Tremblay earned his Law degree from the University of Ottawa, from which he graduated cum laude, and is actively involved in his community. He sits on the board of Hébergement Plus, is a member of the Kiwanis Club of La Baie and supports various local causes, demonstrating his commitment to his region.
