Dominique Delisle is originally from Quebec City and joined Cain Lamarre in 2020, bringing extensive expertise in the fields of Municipal and Environmental Law. Thanks to her past experience working in private practice and with an association representing Quebec municipalities, she quickly built a reputation for managing complex cases and offering innovative solutions tailored to her clients’ needs.
She has advised numerous municipalities and companies on agricultural zoning, waste management and contaminated land remediation. In the course of her practice, Ms. Delisle’s proactive approach and legal rigour help her achieve favourable outcomes for her clients. Her track record in Municipal and Environmental Law makes her a reference in her field.
Ms. Delisle has a Law degree from Université Laval and a Certificate in Management and Administration from the same university. Outside of her professional practice, she is also highly involved in her community. She has shared her expertise by holding many workshops, most notably for the Fédération québécoise des municipalités and the Union des municipalités du Québec. She is passionate about environmental protection and regional planning, and is also involved in local sustainable development initiatives.
