Étienne Nadeau

A lawyer since 2022, Étienne Nadeau specializes in intellectual property with a particular focus on trademarks and copyright. He has developed in-depth expertise in key areas such as the protection of intellectual property in artificial intelligence. 

In the course of his career, Mr. Nadeau has acquired significant experience by working at renowned law firms, as well as with the Ministère de la Culture et des Communications du Québec, where he was involved in copyright licensing.  

Mr. Nadeau holds a law degree from the Université de Montréal and is an active member of the Association des juristes pour l’avancement de la vie artistique (AJAVA), the Association littéraire et artistique internationale (ALAI) and the Regroupement des praticiens du droit des marques de commerce (RPM).
