Fanny Beauchesne

Admitted to the Barreau du Québec in 2023, Fanny Beauchesne focuses her practice on transportation law. She represents her clients before government bodies, in both penal and civil matters.

Ms. Beauchesne has in-depth knowledge of transportation contracts, regulatory compliance applicable to road transport and penal offences, as well as the obligations that apply to vehicle owners, operators and heavy-vehicle drivers.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Université Laval and combines strong legal skills with a nuanced understanding of the human realities inherent to litigation. This background strengthens her listening skills, analytical abilities and approach to complex mandates.
