Florence Bergeron joined the Cain Lamarre team at the Saguenay office in 2019. She developed expertise in commercial law and mergers and acquisitions while completing her Master of Business Administration (MBA).
Ms. Bergeron has been a speaker at a variety of informational workshops designed for entrepreneurs in the start-up and expansion phases, as well as for entrepreneurs and younger individuals in the process of taking over existing businesses. She is known for her ability to adapt to all kinds of problems with ease, and for her dynamic approach with a strong focus on the power of teamwork. Her involvement in a wide range of mergers and acquisitions has helped numerous companies make successful transitions and grow in a competitive market.
Ms. Bergeron, who holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor of Laws degree from the Université de Sherbrooke. She is approachable and quick to adapt to her clients’ personalities. This enables her to communicate effectively with them and understand their needs. She loves the outdoors and is actively involved in a number of local initiatives to support entrepreneurs and promote economic development in her region.
