Florence Poirier
Lawyer
A member of the Labour and Employment Law team at our Québec City’s office since her call to the Bar, Florence Poirier is originally from Val‑d’Or.
Driven by a constant desire to learn and to engage fully in her work, Ms. Poirier completed several cooperative internships before joining Cain Lamarre as a lawyer, including two within the firm itself, in Val d’Or and later in Québec City. These diverse experiences enabled her to develop a nuanced understanding of the needs of various client groups and to refine her analytical skills.
Ms. Poirier stands out for her rigour and her natural ability to integrate seamlessly into a team. A former alpine skier and dancer, she developed early on a strong work discipline, exemplary organizational skills, and a deep sense of consistency — qualities she now brings fully to her professional practice.
