Geneviève Leblanc

Geneviève Leblanc is responsible for knowledge management in Corporate and Commercial Law within the firm. She plays a central role in the standardization and evolution of practices, contributing to the consistency and excellence of the services delivered across the firm’s 15 offices.
She has extensive experience in corporate and commercial law, having practised for several years both in a law firm setting and within a large accounting firm, where she developed a strong understanding of corporate and accounting matters. She has advised numerous clients, including private sector businesses and non-profit organizations, on start-ups, the establishment and reorganization of corporate and governance structures, as well as on mergers and acquisitions.
In her current role, Ms. Leblanc oversees the consolidation and continuous improvement of the processes, tools and document templates used by the Corporate and Commercial Law Group, ensuring a consistent and efficient practice across the firm. Placing a high value on knowledge sharing, she is also responsible for legal monitoring and the organization of internal training initiatives.
Recognized for her intellectual curiosity, attentiveness and availability, Ms. Leblanc is known for her collaborative approach and strong team spirit.
