Guillaume Arcand

Guillaume Arcand is originally from Roberval and has been a member of the Quebec Bar since fall 2015, after completing his articling at Cain Lamarre. Mr. Arcand practises mainly in the fields of Municipal Law, Criminal Law and civil and administrative litigation.
Mr. Arcand is particularly well known for representing municipal clients and providing day-to-day advice to city and municipality officials across the province. He also represents clients before various civil and administrative tribunals, as well as acting as a private prosecutor before the Municipal Court and the Court of Québec for criminal offences.
Mr. Arcand has a Bachelor of Laws degree from Université Laval and is very involved in his community, notably as vice-chairman of the board of directors of the Centre communautaire juridique du Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean, and as a member of the board of directors of the Caisse Desjardins du Domaine-du-Roy. Outside of work, he plays soccer and golf and participates in local activities, thus demonstrating his commitment to his community and his desire to contribute to its development.
