Guillaume Fournier

Guillaume Fournier joined Cain Lamarre in 2025. He specializes in business Law, particularly in mergers and acquisitions and the manufacturing industry. Recognized for his team spirit and dedication, Mr. Fournier practices at the Quebec City office.

Mr. Fournier previously worked at a major law firm in the region, where he gained valuable experience.

A law graduate of Laval University, he distinguished himself through his active involvement in student organizations.
