Guy Dussault has been practicing law since 1977 in the areas of labor and employment law, human rights, administrative law, and tax law, covering all aspects of employer-employee relations. Having developed particular expertise recognized by his peers in federal employment and human rights law, he represents national and multinational companies throughout Canada.

Mr. Dussault has advised numerous companies on complex labor law issues, including competition and the duty of loyalty, human rights and freedoms, and pay equity. He has also represented his clients in collective bargaining and litigation before judicial and administrative tribunals.

Mr. Dussault holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from Laval University and has been and continues to be a member of various committees and boards of directors. He was a guest speaker at the “Tribute to Judge Louis Lebel” day organized by the Canadian Bar Association and has given several lectures on labor law.
