Isabelle Blackburn’s practice focuses primarily on civil, real estate, and administrative litigation. She also assists clients in the agricultural and agri-food sectors with regulatory issues and practices in environmental law.

Coming from an agricultural background, Ms. Blackburn has a practical understanding of the realities facing the industry. She regularly advises on matters involving the protection of agricultural land and activities (CPTAQ), the marketing of agricultural products, farm transfers, the obtaining of government authorizations, and appeals arising from administrative decisions. This firsthand knowledge allows her to develop pragmatic solutions tailored to her clients’ needs.
