Isabelle Duclos has been practicing labour law since 2018 and has a solid expertise in health and safety as well as labour relations. She has appeared before various courts since the beginning of her career.

Close to her clients and recognized for her dynamic approach, Isabelle Duclos assists employers, senior executives and HR teams in the strategic management of their labour law issues.

Having worked on several large-scale mandates, Ms. Duclos has developed a wide range of experience within public, private, and unionized organizations. As a result, she understands the realities faced by her clients, whether they work in the agri-food industry, the healthcare network, the public sector, or retail. Her expertise covers all aspects of labour law, including labour relations (negotiation and renewal of collective agreements, management of pressure tactics), labour standards, and health and safety issues. She also acts in civil matters for injunctive relief and represents her clients in court when necessary.

As an investigator accredited by the Quebec Bar, Isabelle is regularly called upon to conduct rigorous investigations into psychological and sexual harassment. She also implements clear and appropriate internal policies to enable organizations to prevent these sensitive situations.

Pragmatic, Isabelle stands out for her ability to develop concrete and effective strategies tailored to each organization’s specific issues. She closely supports employers in their daily challenges with the goal of protecting their interests and ensuring their sustainability.

Closeness to her clients is at the heart of her practice. Ms. Duclos firmly believes that a close and human partnership allows her to go beyond the needs expressed and generate a real impact for the organization she represents.

In addition to her representation and advisory role, she leads in-house training sessions on various labour law topics, sharing her knowledge and best practices with managers and HR teams.

Active in professional networks, particularly among women in business in the Lanaudière region, Isabelle also has a passion for high-level soccer, a sport that reflects her team spirit and determination.

  • Isabelle is a member of the board of directors of the Lanaudière Women's Business Association. She also has a passion for soccer and participates in several national and international competitions as a referee. She made history by being part of the first group of female referees to actively referee at the professional level in Canada in the Northern Super League (SLN) – the first professional women's league to begin in Canada in 2025.
