Jean Côté

Jean Côté has been practicing law for over 40 years, primarily in labor and employment law. He has extensive expertise in this field and represents clients before all tribunals within his practice area, including arbitration tribunals, the Administrative Labor Tribunal, and the higher courts. A tenacious lawyer, Mr. Côté is recognized for his competence, reliability, and honesty.

Throughout his career, Mr. Côté has been called upon to negotiate numerous collective bargaining agreements in various sectors of the private and municipal sectors. He has recognized experience in the social services sector, having represented the majority of institutions in the Drummondville region since the 1980s. In addition to his legal practice, he has chaired several committees, notably on school reform and the cleanup of the Saint-François River.

Mr. Côté holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from Université Laval. Deeply committed to his community, he has served on the boards of directors of numerous local foundations and organizations.
