Jean-François Denis

A member of the Barreau du Québec since 1998, Jean-François Denis brings extensive experience at the crossroads of legal practice, organizational transformation, knowledge management and the application of technology to the legal profession.
Before joining Cain Lamarre, Mr. Denis practiced law in private practice before going on to hold consulting and leadership roles within international organizations. This diverse background, spanning both private practice and in-house environments, gives him a strategic and operational understanding of the challenges facing legal professionals. He has led numerous initiatives focused on modernization, process optimization, and the integration of artificial intelligence solutions in complex environments.
Recognized as a leading figure in the field of legal operations in Québec, Mr. Denis is a frequent speaker on the evolution of legal services and the application of artificial intelligence in the legal profession. He also served as President of the Québec Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel.
At Cain Lamarre, he contributes to the development of the firm’s professional practice, knowledge management and innovation initiatives by supporting the evolution of working methods and implementing solutions that enhance the quality of services provided to clients.
