Joannie Leclerc-Côté

Joannie Leclerc-Côté focuses her practice on business law, with a specialized expertise in mergers and acquisitions. She regularly assists clients in large-scale transactions, providing comprehensive support from due diligence to the drafting and negotiation of final agreements.

 She also has extensive experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, including service agreements, distribution agreements, and commercial leases. Perfectly bilingual, Joannie Leclerc-Côté is known for her thoroughness, analytical skills, and professionalism.

She graduated in law from Laval University, with international experience in Lyon, and holds a master’s degree in international commercial law from City St George’s, University of London, obtained with honors.
