Karine Précourt

Executive Director of Shared Services, Karine Précourt brings more than 25 years of experience in accounting, governance and strategic planning. She stands out for her strong leadership skills and her keen sense of operations management.

Prior to joining Cain Lamarre, Ms. Précourt held finance management positions at several major companies, including Duvaltex, TSO3, OPTEL and Lise Watier Cosmétiques. Her varied background in both the manufacturing and technology sectors gives her a global vision of corporate financial issues and a great ability to adapt to constantly-changing environments.

She has a Master’s degree in Accounting from the Université de Sherbrooke and has been a member of the Ordre des CPA du Québec since 2001. She is also highly involved in her community. Notably, she has served as treasurer of La Maison Léon-Provancher, a science museum dedicated to young people and families, and has sat on the board of directors of the Fondation de l’Institut Saint-Joseph.
