Karolinka Drouin practises tax litigation at the Montreal office. After completing a bachelor’s degree in international studies and law, she also pursued finance training at HEC Montréal, which enhances her understanding of the financial issues at the heart of many tax disputes.

She represents individuals, businesses, self-employed workers and trusts in their dealings with the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) and Revenu Québec (RQ). Her work includes tax audits, objections to notices of assessment, relief applications, voluntary disclosures, matters related to consumption taxes (GST/QST), third-party liability, indirect audit methods, as well as negotiating payment arrangements or collection measures.

Ms. Drouin is also involved in tax litigation matters and supports her clients in situations involving disputed tax assessments or third-party examinations. She works on behalf of Quebec taxpayers who seek not only to defend their rights but also to preserve their financial stability and reputation. Known for her calm and methodical approach, her work is grounded in thorough analysis, strategic thinking and transparent communication.
