Martin Corbo
Managing Director of the Montreal Office
Martin Corbo has a background in management, finance and law. With over 20 years’ experience in executive positions, he is currently the Managing Director of Cain Lamarre’s Montreal office.
Over the course of his career, Mr. Corbo has worked in a variety of sectors, including technology, media and telecommunications, financial institutions and wealth management. He previously held senior positions at both Eastman Capital and C2 Montréal. Before turning to management, Mr. Corbo worked at a private practice where he focused on business law, most notably mergers and acquisitions, as well as at Québecor, where he held the position of General Counsel.
Mr. Corbo earned a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the Université de Montréal before going on to pursue additional training in finance at HEC Montréal. In 1999, he also completed his professional training at the École du Barreau.
