Michel St-Pierre has been practising law since he was called to the Bar in 1974. He practises in several areas of law, with a particular focus on aviation incidents and other disputes involving Canadian aviation documentation. In this capacity, he has taken part in over sixty cases involving airplane or helicopter crashes.

His in-depth understanding of the complex field makes his support invaluable in these types of cases. His practice also includes commercial fisheries law, where he represents commercial fishermen’s associations in litigation before the Superior Court. In addition, Me St-Pierre has significant experience in commercial, corporate and environmental litigation. 

Me St-Pierre is bilingual and has pleaded before all the Quebec courts and the Supreme Court of Canada. His career has been marked by significant involvement in commercial and corporate litigation, as well as environmental issues. He also taught at the Bar School from 1979 to 1990, where he shared his expertise with future lawyers and contributed to the training of the next generation of legal professionals. 

Me St-Pierre has a Law degree from Université Laval and is actively involved in his community. He is a member of the board of directors of Résidence Cardinal-Vachon, a retirement home in the Capitale-Nationale (Quebec City) region. His exemplary career and contributions to the community are proof of his devotion to justice and his desire to give back to society.
