
Normand Drolet

Normand Drolet has been practising law for over 20 years. His legal practice focuses mainly on labour and employment law, occupational health and safety law, and administrative law. He acts as a legal adviser, negotiator and employer representative before the administrative and judicial courts.
Mr. Drolet joined the Quebec City office of Cain Lamarre in 2003. He draws on his experience to advise employers in both unionized and non-unionized environments on labour relations and occupational health and safety. He represents employers before the Tribunal administratif du travail, arbitration tribunals and the courts. He also assists with the negotiation of collective agreements and individual employment or termination contracts.
Mr. Drolet graduated from Université Laval with degrees in Law and Industrial Relations. He is actively involved in a number of professional committees and associations, through which he contributes to the advancement of practices in his field. Mr. Drolet also takes part in various initiatives aimed at improving working conditions and workplace safety. He has written numerous articles and regularly gives lectures and training courses to employers’ associations on different aspects of the world of work and employment.
